For some reason the UCF file doesn't define the IO on the Spartan 6 FPGA Development Board. Just the LEDS and switches. Normally FPGA dev boards have all of the inputs and outputs defined in the UCF file and whatever is not used is just commented out. Where is the UCF file that has everything defined?
