Numato Board Configuration Question

    Hi,

    Query1:-
    Can the Numato board be configured using platform cables provided from xilinx or digilent? If so can the same be used to configure the onboard SPI Flash - U3 [A possible Jumper connected P10[1-4], P10[3-6], P11[1-4], P11[3-6] ].? I want to avoid the USB-FTDI Path for understanding the whole issue for my system design.

    Query2:-
    This is slightly technical in the sense as to how the flash is getting programmed through FTDI - JTAG when its WR pin is pulled high?

    My similar hardware requirement is the same FPGA with a JTAG interface and a serial flash as given in numato board. Now my query is:-

    Can the Numato board be configured using platform cables provided from xilinx or digilent? If so can the same be used to configure the onboard SPI Flash - U3 [A possible Jumper connected P10[1-4], P10[3-6], P11[1-4], P11[3-6] ].? I want to avoid the USB-FTDI Path for understanding the whole issue for my system design.

    I want to test this on numato b4 building my final h/w..

    When i say numato board - i here mean saturn spartan 6. I am sorry for incomplete information.

    Platform cable can access FPGA JTAG chain directly through the JTAG connector on the board, no special configuration is needed.
