    Hi,
I just bought an Neso Board, and I have several problems.

I'm using digilent jtag cable and vivado doesn't Artix FPGA.
I program the fpga by using the configuration utility, but fpga never run my project.
I tried to use Xilinx Virtual Cable and it results in:

    C:...\python xilinx_xvc.py ftdi 0
Error: JTAG chain stuck at 1 (IDCODE/BYPASS)

The program led doesn't turn on.

    Hi I.deoro,

Could you please post some screenshots of the Configuration Utility and the verilog design + xdc file which you are using.

The Program LED (green colored) should turn *off* when FPGA successfully boots. When FPGA fails to configure from the SPI Flash, the LED will *stay ON*

    Thanks!

    Hi I.deoro,

Could you also send your .bin file so that we can test whether it is working here or not. Also, picture of your neso board when powered up would help us diagnose the issue earlier.

You could attached the .bin file either here, or any file sharing service.

    Thanks!

Sometimes, the green LED turns on when the board is power up, but instantly it turn off.

    Hi I.deoro,

We tested your .bin file and it is working fine.

The behaviour of LED which you have mentioned is correct. During power, the FPGA loads bitstream from the SPI Flash, during which the Green LED will glow. As soon as FPGA gets configured, the LED should turn off.

Could you try with an external Power supply. Many times, the USB power supplies are at fault, since they cannot provide enough power for the FPGA. It if still doesn't work I would suggest you send a mail to [email protected] Sending the mail will automatically create a ticket through which we can help you better.

    Thanks!

    Hi rohith,
I tried with an external power supply and the result was the same.
Then, I verified TPS54325 circuits and I observed a problem with the TSP54325 (U9) for the voltage generation of 1.8V. Sometime it tries to start switching, but turn off instantly. The other TSP54325 circuits are Ok.
Could do you help with this? All I did was try to program the FPGA.
    Thanks.

    Hi I.deoro,

It sounds like hardware issue. Could you please send a mail to [email protected] mentioning the above details. Sending the mail will automatically create a support ticket which is the recommended support channel for this kind of issue.

    Thanks!
