   Is it possible to use vivado to work with the galatea.
   
   I'm ok with programming the device with impact, but I would like to be able to use vivado for other features through compilation.

   Unfortunately, Vivado doesn't support 6-series and below FPGAs. Galatea has Spartan-6 FPGA, so Vivado can't work with that.
