unrecognized/undetected relay board

    my 64 channel USB relay module is detected/recognized correctly.
    when it is plugged to the PC, it is recognized as an "USB input device" inside the "Human interface devices" tab in the Device manager, instead of being shown in the ports tab.

    what may cause this problem?
