can you provide a example script in php (best) or python (also ok) on how to get logged in and at least one command (like open/read Relay 1) over TELNET? All i tried so far just failed at the login (i managed to connect via php-script using "fsockopen()" but only got to the point where password is asked).

I wrote a nice control program to use the two boards as an RS-232 serial router almost a year ago. The project got put on hold until the boards (along with the rest of the equipment) were wired as per design.

I am trying to use LabVIEW to send commands to the 8 channel solid state relay board with an ethernet port, but I am getting an error when using the VISA configure vi:
"VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF001D) The specified attribute is not defined or supported by the referenced resource."
I have configured the device with MAX and it seems to be communicating fine with the computer.

does not.
relay writeall does work from minicom but not via the serial.write() command.
Here is a script I wrote that shows the problem
I tried using different speeds, 2400, 9600 115200 but it did not make a difference.

I have 2 basic questions:
1) when a USB relay module is connected to a pc and the 12Volt power is attached to the module, will the relays be "stationary" during the boot process, or will they be activated (once or more) during the boot process and loading the driver?
2) Is it possible to attach more than one controller to a single PC.

I am using a 32-port USB relay board (windows 10) with latest driver installed.
when using a .NET program (not written by me) i keep getting "System.NullReferenceException".
Framework-version: v4.0.30319

Behavior is "random", not predictable.
The program is running a sequence of activation/de-activation of a number of relais.
So "generally speaking" it works, but .NET crashes every now and then.

Anyone seen this before?

A few things I have done so far:
Plugged the module into my computer using a USB A to B cable.
Installed the drivers found on Numato.
Connected to device using PuTTY.
Ran sample commands ver which came back with 00000008.
Also I was able to turn relays off and on using 'relay off X' and 'relay on X' (X being the relay number).
Read the status of the relays using 'relay read X'

I noticed that there was no noise being exerted from the...

Trying with hyperterm was a real success.
But trying the sample USB Relay.ahk was not.
I can see two different behavior, depending on sending on/off or read.
While sending either a on or a off command, the script ends immideately wthout any errormessage, but without reaction of the relayboard.
If i send a read command, the script hangs somewhere inside the "Read from RS232 Port"
For me, it looks like the commands are sent...

I have the 16 channel, and it works just fine using TelNet and the browser interface, but I don't know the TelNet protocol, and I'm trying to send client commands, but it doesn't respond properly. Do I need to use TelNet commands in my C# program?

I notice that as soon as it is plugged into my network, there is a DHCP server running on this board that starts to offer DHCP to other devices on my network that require IP address.
