No /dev/ttyACMx with usbgpio16 on Linux

    I am connecting usbgpio16 to a linux machine. The power LED of the board turns on, and the device can be seen in the list of USB devices on the system. But, there is no /dev/ttyACMx created. What could be wrong here?

    hello . me too i am confused. there is no documentation on how to use this with linux machine.
    i want my application to be able to detect the port with pyserial.
    please how do i detect the port in linux

    you could try

    dmesg

    on linux after inserting USB you will see there what device will be set

    dmesg should be available on most if not all distros.
