Numato 1 Channel USB Relay Module
Plugging in USB cable displays "Numato Lab 1 Channel USB Powered Relay Module" as "Other Devices" in Device Manager but does not assign a COM port. Detail reads "No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device." But I don't get a COM port assignment. My application uses 9 other USB ports, and they configure correctly. How can I talk to it?

    Thanks for the help.

    Hello John,

Can you please try right clicking on the device and update he driver manually ? Also can you please attach the device on a different PC to check if this behavior is because of a hardware/firmware issue ?

    Thanks,
    Tom

Same issue attached to a different desktop computer
"Windows could not find driver software for your device."
What driver is it looking for? Can I get it from the chip manufacturer?
